To join Chrishell's fan club, please fill out all the required information below.

All personal information is kept confidential & will not be shared with anyone else. It will only be used to send your welcome packet & fan club correspondence such as photos & contest prizes.

Your Fan Club Welcome Packet Includes:*
- a welcome letter from Chrishell
- a personally autographed exclusive fan club photo
- Two (2) 4x6 photos available only to fan club members

* Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery


**For those of you who joined the fan club in 2007, you will be receiving your packet by early January 2008. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
